Richard C. Hochman, Esq. is a graduate of Baruch College of The City University of New York (B.B.A. 1982) and Emory University School of Law (J.D. 1985).  Prior to entering the private practice of Law in 1991, Mr. Hochman served as an Enforcement Attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the American Stock Exchange.

Since 1991 Mr. Hochman has represented both private clients as well as Lending Institutions in, among other areas, the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property in New York. Mr. Hochman is a member of the Real Property Law and General Practice Sections of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as  before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Hochman is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
